Advertising in Seychelles

This is Hammer, am in a Communication Studio in India. My current job is to Find how to advertise for a clinical brand in Seychelles Island. For which, i need to know the lifestyle, culture of the people living in the Island. And the medium best suited for advertising. I searched the net for the national newspaper, magazines and TV media in the Island, i couldn't find a reasonable information. Someone out there ?
